precinct studio is born from a desire to have a functional and beautiful shooting environment for photographers and filmmakers. careful thought has been given to how the space could be used - by a creator of over 10 years experience working in many different shooting environments.
our space should make your next shoot easy and deliver beautiful content time after time.
Our facility
Our space includes the use of 2x 150w LED COB lights as well as several lighting modifiers. We also can provide access to 2x Nanlite Pavotubes and a 60w spotlight if needed
Lighting
We also offer the use of various colours of 2700mm paper backdrops which work with our rolling backdrop. The colours are regularly changing so feel free to enquire about specific colours.
Paper Backgrounds
We know how valuable it is to have a large workspace when shooting products. our large workbench is 1200x2700 and rolls on wheels so it’s so convenient setting up the space just how you want to use it.

The space also features two southern facing windows which offer some natural light and interesting architecture to shoot against if preferred. The space also features switchable lights for controlled lighting setups.
Natural Light
The space also features a large rolling backdrop 2400x2700. It is double sided and painted to a middle grey and charcoal black. It also can support 2700 paper backgrounds if needed.
Rolling Backdrop
Precinct Studio is carpeted and audibly insulated in ceilings and walls. We can offer the hire of audio recording equipment if needed. Please enquire separately if you’re interested.
